Correction Services and Limitations:
We offer correction services within reasonable limits to ensure your happiness. However, there are certain guidelines in place to protect all parties involved:
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds as our aim is to build a lasting relationship with you. Challenges might arise, but we are dedicated to learning together and making the necessary adjustments to achieve your hair goals.
Time Limit for Corrections
Your color is eligible for a correction service within 10 days after your initial service. After this period, the service will no longer be available.
Styling Changes
If you or another stylist alters your hair after our service, you will not qualify for a correction service.
Investment in Hair Care Products
To qualify for a correction service, it's essential to invest in the recommended retail products and Olaplex take-home treatments for proper at-home care.
Guaranteed Color with Our Products
If you purchase color-safe retail products from Jera Hair Studio, your color service is 100% guaranteed. Please note that this guarantee does not extend to shampoos purchased from other retailers or salons.
Special Cases
In complex situations such as ongoing color correction processes involving non-professional color applications, additional toners, treatments, and necessary services will be priced fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Appointment Policies:
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other guests. Cancellations made 2 hours or less before the appointment time will be considered a no-show.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time with clean and dry hair. If you are running late, inform us of your new arrival time. We offer a grace period of 15 minutes; after this, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and you will be charged under the no-show policy.
No Show Policy
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed appointment cost. A 50% deposit will be required before booking your next appointment. Continued no-shows may result in a refusal of future services.
